The Lexus IS250 is a refined and lovely car due to its excellent build quality and style which makes it stand out. It is an enjoyable car to drive with a solid feel, a quiet refined cabin and excellent factory stereo system. Safety is five stars with lots of airbags. Performance and economy is good on the open road. There are some problems to be aware of with these cars, so please do your research. Lexus are known for excellent reliability, but there are still some issues. Plastics in the interior are known to deteriorate in the sun. They later changed these materials due to this issue! The most annoying issue: the air conditioner can leak on the front passenger side. Why? Because the rubber grommet near the transmission under the car that is supposed to release water gets clogged up due to a design fault! Very annoying if your nice carpet in your nice interior get soaked and there is a lot of insulation under these carpets that seems to absorb water like a sponge. Mould is my big concern. The best solution may be to remove this rubber grommet to allow the water from the air conditioner to flow out the bottom of the car like it is supposed to do! It is known that carbon can build up in higher mileage cars. These are largely bullet proof Toyota V6 engines though that are well engineered.

Absolutely LOVE my car

Very smooth to drive, has some awesome little features like all windows are automatic, the front seats have automatic seat adjustments. Lots of space overall. Not squished in at all.

Reliable vehicle so far.

I find this vehicle perfect for small family and really classy without being overly bulky to find wider parking places in public parking areas. This car also have enough security feature, classy interiors, good hooks for child seats and nice safety rating. I hope this helps.
